Jacob Steinmetz is a founding partner of the firm and heads the firm’s securities and corporate departments.

Mr. Erdman manages the firm’s Property Law Department as well the urban renewal division.
Mr. Erdman has substantial experience in handling a wide range of real estate projects, both commercial and residential projects, condominiums, shopping malls, hospitals and car parks. He provides legal advice on real estate law, including tax and administration, change of use and actual building negotiations as well as municipal law and planning and construction law.
Mr. Erdman has extensive experience in the field of urban renewal and representation of the largest real estate companies in the country. As such, he assists inter alia in the submission of applications to authorities, drafting of contracts with building entities, legal assessment on issues of land ownership, financing and contracts for sale. In addition, Mr. Erdman provides legal assistance for land ownership negotiations, purchase and sale, and rental agreements.

Idan is an attorney in our Capital Markets department with expertise in commercial law, capital markets and debt arrangements.
Idan provides ongoing legal advise and representation to private companies, public companies traded on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and other financial and strategic entities in Israel and abroad. Idan handles a variety of aspects related to capital markets, corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions and financing, such as private and public offerings and a variety of commercial transactions.

Menachem heads the labor law department of the firm. He advises on all aspects of employment law including employer-employee relations, share incentive plans and collective bargaining agreements.

Andrew’s practice centres on advising Israel’s leading financial institutions, investment houses, family offices and HNWIs on their investments in international private equity, private debt and hedge funds. Shany El-Gad is a partner in the Commercial Department, specializing in commercial law, with particular focus on national and cross-border commercial transactions and corporate advisory work.
Adv. Shany El-Gad has extensive experience in advising businesses and strategic alliances on a broad range of commercial contracts including manufacturing and design services agreements, agency and distribution agreements, licensing arrangements and IT outsourcing agreements.
Adv. Shany El-Gad also has significant experience in advising and representing clients in relation to corporate matters, including corporate governance, shareholders agreements, mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Prior to joining SHG, Adv. Shany El-Gad assumed the role of General Counsel at the YSB Group and practiced law at two law firms (sequentially), where she provided a wide range of legal commercial services to both private and public companies, including a multinational leading EMS provider.
