Matan Arnavi

Matan is a partner in the Real Estate Department.

Matan specializes in a variety of complex real estate transactions, involving residential, office and commercial buildings. Matan advises entrepreneurs engaged in real estate projects from the stage of purchasing the land and until the sale of the units and their population.

Matan also specializes in the field of urban renewal (including TAMA38), lease agreements, combination agreements, real estate co-ownerships, contractor agreements, consulting agreements and real estate taxation.

He has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2011.

Matan studied at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya (B.A. in Business Administration and LL.B).

Matan joined Steinmetz, Gurman, Erdman & Co in 2014.
